This year we have a nice medium length drive planned out- here are the details:

10am meet at the Rev
10-1130 hang out, drink coffee eat donuts, take pics and buy sweet Boisedrift merch (stickers, t-shirts etc..)

1130 sharp we roll out- We will be going up to horseshoe bend, then LEFT through Black Canyon dam to Emmett. We will stop at a nice open area by the resevoir for photos and hangs.

Bring a lunch, there won’t be many places to stop for food, and we would like to stay together as one pack.

Drive ends back in Meridian around Settlers park… feel free to come chill with us there afterwards!

See you there!

BoiseDrift & IR208 – 2013 Season Opening Drive

The (really) cold days are behind us and the Drift Season is on the horizon. To kick things off on the right foot we are going to start the year with a Meet & Greet, followed by the 1.5 drive. Stay tuned as we post up more details.

The meeting location will be at Revolution Concert House Parking lot at the corner of Chinden and Glenwood in Garden City. We will be meeting between 9:30AM and 10:00AM and leaving for the drive at 10:10AM.

Drive Information

The drive will go through Eagle, Horseshoe Bend, Turn toward Emmett on the Black Canyon Highway and follow the Snake river to Emmett, Stop in Emmett for bathroom, stretching and some food hopefully. Take Old Freezeout (the hillclimb road) out of Emmett back to Boise. Driving time should be around 1.5 hrs and about 55 miles.

This is not a race or anything other than a legal cruise. If you do something stupid you will probably get beat up and go to jail. We have no control over what you do but lets keep things clean and keep our image clean in the public eye.

What Next?

Head over to BoiseDrift’s Facebook page and give us a like. Afterwards check in and let us know you will be coming to the drive and if you are feeling very generous, feel free to share the event with your friends by clicking on the share button.
